Saber can bi-directionally sync with a growing catalog of tools, allowing you to:
Centralise account and contact data: Automatically link accounts and contact between Saber and your tools
Sync research results and signals: Push Saber data back to your CRM, marketing tools, delivery tools or data lake
Centralise internal and external context: Qualify accounts using all available data, match accounts with existing customers, and ask your data any question from one place.
Prerequisites
Before setting up a connector, ensure you have:
System Administrator role or equivalent permissions
Ability to modify page layouts (for optimal field placement)
Admin access to Saber
Required Permissions
We have a standardised set of permissions we request across all connectors, where applicable. Some connectors may deviate from this, and you'll be able to find more details about their specific requirements on the dedicated page for that connector.
Permissions:
Accounts/Companies: Read, Create, Edit, Delete
Custom Fields on Accounts/Companies: Read, Create, Edit
Contacts: Read, Create, Edit, Delete
Custom Fields on Contacts: Read, Create, Edit
Opportunities/Deals: Read (for context and reporting)
Users: Read (for assignment and ownership data)
Our policy is to never override existing information in your tools, unless specifically directed to do so. For Saber-specific information, we create custom fields whenever possible to ensure we can safely write data to your system, without the risk of replacing other fields.
